Everything about the system on one page: the Standard as the foundation with Integrity as its rebar, the four rooms on their floors, PDCA as the roof. Copy the shape, fill in your own.

Everything we built here, the Scan, the rep, the leverage room, the completed week, it all fits on one page.
And that page is the complete system.
Think of that page as the roof of this house. The rooms hold your life. The floors catch you on the bad days. The roof is the system itself, the one thing built to keep the weather out. And a roof only earns its name when the weather turns.
I know that feels too simple to work. You’re probably already telling yourself you’ll just remember. You won’t.
I tried running it from my head once. It lasted about four days. By Thursday I’d already moved the spotlight twice, changed two floor reps, and convinced myself the Scan was optional because I was “self-aware enough.” That’s what the Narrator does when the system lives in your head. It edits it for you while you sleep.
One page. That’s all you need. Write it down and stick it where you’ll see it Monday morning: your desk, your mirror, wherever the day starts.
The system you can see, the one on paper, is the system you run. The one in your head, that’s a gamble.
Here’s the shape. The Standard on the bottom with Integrity set into it as the rebar, the four rooms on their floors, the system as the roof.
